Special
Education Law
Dana is passionate about representing parents and their children with disabilities when the family needs a helping hand when advocating for school services to ensure equity in learning as is required by federal and state law.
Special education law is at the core of Dana’s heart. Having advocated for her own children’s 504/IEPs, Dana saw first-hand the importance of families understanding the process to obtain services and working as part of the school team to provide equity in learning for all children.
Her personal experience translates to Dana helping families not only as an advocate for their children, but as a mom that has personally experienced all the emotional, financial and family struggles resulting from having a child with unique needs.
All people. Truly seen. Truly heard. Truly served.
